b) From the dorsal venous arch of the foot to the right pulmonary artery.
c) From the ascending aorta to the coronary sinus.
d) From the transverse sinus of the cranial cavity to the right atrium.
e) From the left ventricle to the circle of Willis--give alternate routes, if any.
f) From the arch of the aorta to the right ulnar artery.
g) From the dorsal venous arch of the hand to the right atrium.
